To ensure maximum safety and compliance with applicable regulations, we conduct thorough risk assessments of machinery in accordance with the requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 12100 standard. This process includes systematic identification, analysis, and evaluation of risks associated with the operation of machinery, with an emphasis on minimizing potential hazards for operators and their surroundings.
During the initial stages of design, we identify potential risks that could arise during the use of the equipment. Based on this analysis, specific measures are proposed, such as:
- Design modifications to enhance inherent safety,
- Additional protective measures, such as the installation of safety elements,
- Information and instructions for safe use, including operator training and user documentation.
- After implementing these measures, we perform a reassessment to evaluate the extent of risk elimination
or reduction to an acceptable level. - Our analysis also includes evaluating residual risks - those that cannot be entirely eliminated.
- For these, we provide detailed recommendations for further actions to ensure the highest possible safety during equipment operation.
This approach enables us to deliver machinery that meets not only the highest safety standards but also contributes to the protection of operator health and the efficient operation of the equipment.
